Dawndraft Heater

Heater with a downdraft channel that can lead through a heated bench and usually incorporates a bread and pizza oven. You have a choice of cast iron doors and other matching metal components. Stove is faced with brick or render. System of refractory masonry channels absorbs all the heat from the combustion process and while the gases escape at below 2oo oC, temperature inside the firebox can be up to 1ooo oC. Yet the surface of the heater stays between 40o to 80oC , comfortable and safe to touch. The design of the heater ensures that the wood is burnt at high efficiency and the heat is used effectively. The test results show combustion efficiency averaging at 95% and heat transfer efficiency above 80%.
